| I have a Bachelor of Arts (Honours), majoring in History, from
the University of Melbourne and a Master of Arts in Australian Studies
from Monash University. My M.A. thesis was titled Victorian Cinema
Landscapes. In June of 2000, I completed an RMIT short course,
Screenwriting - Introduction, taught by Dr Lisa Dethridge.
I write both fiction and non-fiction, long and short, as well as
doing some editing. I am available for speaking engagements at schools,
conferences, etc. See the Speaking section
for more information.
I've had 42 books published so far. Several of my books can be
purchased online through the Show
and Tell Promotions Online Bookshop.
Two of my books Life, Death
and Detention and Real Sci-Fi
are on the booklist for the 2010
Victorian Premier's Reading Challenge. This is their sixth year
on the list.
My latest placements are:

and Ryan Kennedy for Pass It On.
