It's a fantasy about a boy named Toby who discovers a very unusual piece of junk in the local junkyard. He takes it home and that night is attacked by mysterious shadows. Returning to the junkyard he meets the owner, Mr Scarp, and a range of creatures made from junk. The fate of the world hangs in the balance and it's up to Toby to put things right.
